We are equally comfortable advising on a single converted floor and managing a full new build, because both start with the same honest survey and the same disciplined plan.

For most projects we can hold a first site survey within a week and produce a scope and cost plan within two to three weeks of that survey, depending on the size of the site and the availability of drawings. If you have a deadline in mind, tell us about it in your first message and we will always try to match your programme, provided the ground and the design permit it.

Every project receives a transparent estimate broken down by trade before work begins. You will always know what the monthly cost is and what it covers, with variations approved in writing before any change takes place. There is no hidden charge and no surprise on the final invoice, because we set the baseline clearly and we keep you informed of any adjustment as soon as it arises.
